“Unit 14 Pros: Small size, nice neighborhood, very responsive landlord and super Cons: noise between apartments isn't always the best, while apartments are maintained well enough, the building lacks some general upgrades/care.”

“Pros: Not a bad building. Pretty well maintained and clean. Live in super is friendly. No pests (in my experience). Neighbors aren’t loud or disturbing (in my experience). Overall a pleasant experience. Cons: Can be noisy but it’s midtown, as expected. And also next to a school. Water pressure could be better.”
