“Pros: The building has a live in super who is very helpful and a porter who cleans daily. It's very clean inside the building. Cons: Outside of the building is not so well taken care of.. Scaffolding there for many years and lots of clutter ends up under it. The management company is non existent Advice to landlord: clean the outside of the building . get rid of the scaffolding and the mess, fix the front and garden area..”
