“Pros: Responsive Super, they are amazing. Centrally located to 4/5/6/ trains, citibike, whole foods, cvs, etc. Cons: Garbage room has mice sometimes and the rent increases have been crazy since the new management took over”

“Pros: The building was well-maintained in a great area and pretty quiet most of the time Cons: The elevator is small and new management doesn’t seem to care for tenant retention.”
