“Pros: Close proximity to Central Park Cons: Comprehensive Management's gross disregard to tenant's rights is concerning. The property manager ignores my calls, emails, and texts. They are now beyond the state limit for returning my deposit. The woman who manages the property does not seem to care at all and is incredibly unprofessional/lazy. Her lack of respect for tenants/former tenants and their rights is evident. Advice to landlord: Return security deposits on time”
