GRAMERCY FIRST AVENUE LLC · avg 3.0 ★★★★★ · New York City

★★★★★Jul 2021

“Pros: Have everything you need in walking distance and walk up hallways were generally well maintained. Received deposit on time and in full Cons: Difficulties in getting repairs done. Mailbox lock was never properly fixed, recurring requests for pest control, recurring heat issues. Maintenance also always left the apartment dirty if you're not home. Have returned home to scratches on the floor and drywall dust everywhere on more than one occasion. Advice to landlord: Service repairs and coordinating maintenance need a lot of improvement”

“Pros: Nothing really close to a deli Cons: They had rats in my apartment and used sticky traps to get them out Advice to landlord: Clean it up”
