“Unit 1 Pros: Was a good deal at the time, great location block away from the park. Nice sized kitchen and common rooms Cons: Rats rats rats (never inside thank God) always around the trash, infesting the understairs area. Basement was very very cold. Owner dragged his feet on a lot of things. Office communication was so so. Just plain amateur, run like an afterthought. Too many other properties Advice to landlord: Be less of a you know what”
