“Unit 3 Pros: Great location, balcony is super cute and the neighbors are lovely. Cons: This apartment had a roach infestation when I moved in and it didn’t get better the entire year I was there. The exterminator the landlord hired was not doing enough at all. They kept blaming the building next door for the roaches instead of upping their game. Also, there was a time the heat went out during the winter and it took a few hours for the landlord to respond when this was definitely an emergency.”
