“Pros: Most of the issues that the building had were due to the construction happening next door. Maintenance people are nice and quick to take care of issues. Cons: There were some issues with water pressure due to construction next door.”

“Pros: Very specious apartments Cons: Dirty ,rodents and roaches ..whatever is fixed by the super team needs to be redone afterwords ,very sloppy . noise Hazzard due to a major roads crossing Advice to landlord: Would be great to collect surveys from the tenants,rent is increasing but maintenance is falling behind”

“THE BUILDING IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU LOVE BEING BY THE WATER, SAFE AND ALMOST CLEAN ONE OUT OF FOUR STAFF MEMBERS TRY TO KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN. THE PROBLEM IS THERE ARE ROACHES AND MICE THAT WILL CROSS YOUR PATH WHEN GET OFF THE ELEVATORS. THE SECOND PROBLEM IS THE SUPER OF THE BUILDING IS USELESS AND EVERY TIME YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE YOU BETTER HAVE A BOAT LOAD OF CASH OR IF NOT YOUR NOT GETTING ANYTHING DONE BY THIS USELESS SUPER.BECAUSE WHAT HE WILL DO WHATEVER YOU NEED FOR YOUR APARTMENT HE WILL TAKE FROM ANOTHER EMPTY APARTMENT AND PUT IT IN YOUR LIKE HE DID TO ME. WE NEEDED A TOILET SEAT HE HAD THE NERVE TO BRING TWO TOILETS SEATS FROM ANOTHER APARTMENT AND I NEEDED A NEW BATHROOM CABINET WHICH HE TOOK FROM ANOTHER APARTMENT AND PUT IT IN MINE. I LOVE LIVING IN THIS BUILDING I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS WE HAD SOME GOOD SUPERS BUT THIS ONE WINS THE PRIZE WHIT THE WAY HE AND THE COMPANY THAT OWENS THE BUILDING HAVE LET IT GO TO THE WASTE SIDE WITH NOT CARING FOR THE JEWEL OF BROOKLYN. THIS BUILDING USE TO BE THE PRIDE AND JOY OF FRED TRUMP AND I AM SURE HE'S SPINNING IN HIS GRAVE TO SEE WHAT THEY DONE WITH THIS PLACE. YOUR TRULY DISAPPOINTED RESIDENT”

“This is a rent-stabilized building. The apartment layout was wonderful. Right near the water. However, I had an ex con living next to me. I could hear everything going on in the apartment next door. At one point we said something to our neighbor through the bathroom wall, because we could hear him cursing up a storm and finally decided to let him know we could hear him. The roach problem in the building is traumatizing. I was afraid to take the trash to the compactor room because the would drop off the ceiling onto you. The apartment above me had a broken pipe that leaked into my bathroom. It took months to get my ceiling fixed. I actually had to have a bucket that I emptied regularly under the leak. There is no parking for guests and the street parking is horrendous. There was a pervasive smell of marijuana, not just in the hallway and elevator, but it leached into my bedroom as well. Strangers would camp out in the stairwell. There is a doorman, but he lets everyone in. Dogs weren't allowed, but everyone had one including the super ( a pitbull). I was threatened with eviction when I got a small dog just to feel safe.”

“would not recommend ...very noisy ...bad windows...always cold ...growing roach and mice population...constant once a month water hot water shortage due to never ending maintenance....management attitude”
