“Pros: In an excellent spot, rarely see or hear neighbours, units at the back are relatively quiet for being on 8th. Cons: The stairways are not regularly cleaned. The garbage being right at the foot of the stairs means that it often smells as youre coming and going and the rooftop being off limits is a bit of a downer.”

“Pros: Live-in super is very attentive and easy to contact. The few times we had an issue, it was typically addressed within 24 hours. Cons: Only thing I didn't like was how loud this part of 8th Ave can be at night. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around. But hey, that's New York baby. Advice to landlord: No advice needed”

“Pros: 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, neighbors are families so there’s no noise, close to subway!! Cons: Cramped space, SO hot, no elevator :/ Advice to landlord: Bring an air conditioner”

“Unit 2 Pros: Price point and location Cons: The bedrooms were overly flexed creating tiny bedrooms. Hallways and common spaces were dirty. Building went without heat for a while in the winter of 2021 Advice to landlord: Renovate the units”
