“Pros: NONE AT ALL Cons: Management is HORRIFIC. Steer clear of this building or any others they manage at all costs. The event space on the first floor is a nightmare and management has barely done a thing to address the issues. Music rattles the building between the hours of 2am and 9am regularly. If you move here get ready to be woken up in the middle of the night. 311 complaints do nothing! Advice to landlord: resolve the issues with the event space tenant before renting to others in the building”

“Pros: Convenient, near subway station, near coffee shop, fairly new appliances Cons: Where should I start:  * Management is not severe and does not really care about their tenants  * The events space on the 1st floor is operating with noise levels 200x times above the standard limit * The building rattles and shakes from 2am to 10am, sometimes from 7pm to the next day.  * It was a nightmare living here.  * Management after multiple messages……. No response  * Worst management I’ve ever dealt with  * PLEASE. Stay away from this building Advice to landlord: I don’t think you care enough so i have 0 advice for you”

“Pros: Only 2 apartments so if you’re friendly with the other group its pretty chill. Cons: We consistently lost hot water in the shower when the weather was bad because the basement would flood and turn off the pilot light. Management doesnt care. The longest we went without hot water was 3 weeks with DAILY calls and emails to them. Any and all maintenance issues will not be taken care of until weeks of badgering them. Advice to landlord: Try developing a soul maybe? Oh and stop stealing peoples deposits.”
