“Pros: New management has been a lot better / more responsive. Great amenities. Cleaning staff cleans the building every day. Cons: Sometimes a foul stench in the lobby from people using the lobby restroom. Rowdy teenagers crowd around on amenities floor.”

“Pros: The building is maintained pretty well by management Cons: Some of the neighbors are disgusting and don’t respect common areas. Often times you’ll find someone either talking loudly or playing music in the library. The building isn’t secure enough. Security let’s anyone in. Advice to landlord: Install cameras and be more strict regarding who you let enter the building”

“Pros: No problems with pests or noise or anything else with the unit. Very quick walk to the subway. Full supermarket downstairs. Cons: Management ignored two requests that my bathtub was draining slowly so I dealt with it myself. Nobody ever wants to visit you at 125 and Lex. That subway station can feel unsafe.”
