Pros: The building is maintained pretty well by management Cons: Some of the neighbors are disgusting and don’t respect common areas. Often times you’ll find someone either talking loudly or playing music in the library…

Pros: No problems with pests or noise or anything else with the unit. Very quick walk to the subway. Full supermarket downstairs. Cons: Management ignored two requests that my bathtub was draining slowly so I dealt with…
