“Pros: Safe neighborhood Nice enough apartments Cons: German cockroach issue Heat isn’t great, sometimes no hot water Advice to landlord: Care about your tenants over money”

“Pros: Landry in building, cheap, good location Cons: Roaches roaches roaches. Also garbage management is horrible which makes sense that there are roaches. I’ve been living here for about 9 months and I’ve faced a series of waves of roach infestations of German cockroaches. I am a clean person and I was regularly opting for the exterminator each month. I reached out to management multiple times about their upkeep of the building and I felt like I was told a story to keep me at bay. Advice to landlord: Bomb the building because to be frank- it’s disgusting”

“Pros: The price was right for the unit and space Cons: Building is not well kept - smells bad - is and feels dirty & needs an extreme facelift. Has pest issues and doesn’t feel the building is being cared for. Advice to landlord: Make renovations if you’re going to increase rent”

“Pros: Nice super and management , clean hallways, exterminator comes regularly Cons: Very noisy, lots of trucks and honking on street outside Advice to landlord: None at the moment”
