Good quality appliances. In Unit Washer/Dryer. Fair prices Cons: High electric bills due to the unit being 100% electric powered. Hot water doesn’t always last too long. Initially had issues with setting up the internet through coax outlets and with ConEd supplying power. Advice to landlord: Great job! I consider this to be a great apartment and building”
