“Pros: Bay windows, washer dryer, 1.5 baths Cons: -dead rats in hallway walls -rats in ceilings -heat only works in one room -management is completely unresponsive -the neighbors play loud music in the street almost 24/7 -only surface level renovations were made -price gouging -trash is poorly maintained -mail is constantly getting lost”
