“Pros: Super is great Cons: Lower floors get pests (insects and the occasional mouse), but the super takes care of the issue very quickly.”

“Unit 3R Pros: Building is great. 3 Blocks from subway. Plenty of shopping areas. Cons: Some neighbors are loud. Loud music at night. Person above me always stomping on floor. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work maintaining the building. Screen tenants more properly.”
