“Pros: Kind neighbors, hallways cleaned regularly, no issues with heat or hot water. Cons: Occasional cockroach and mouse”

“Pros: The super was very responsive and came to fix problems that we had (including issues with washer/dryer), any pests, or light fixures. Cons: The stairwell was dirty at times and there were cockroaches that would come out once in a while but they did a good job addressing it.”

“Pros: Quiet building, they mop the stairs sometimes which is great. They just put in a fancy new buzzer system that you can control from your phone. Also they have flood lights on the front of the building which is nice for coming home late. Cons: The unit is tiny, and has white tile floors. But honestly it’s a great unit.”

“Pros: Laundry in unit and basement, quiet street, great location Cons: Owners can be unreachable sometimes, smokers in building”
