“Pros: Beautiful townhouse, only 3 apartments. Very well maintained. Newly renovated. Cons: There was a small issue with steam heating that was quickly resolved by the landlord. Advice to landlord: Owner is a great landlord, very responsive is always there to help and takes care of any issues immediately.”
