“Unit 2a Pros: Low rent and they routinely spray for roach control. No mice and lived there for two years. Roaches only when we couldn’t let ppl in to spray during summer. Cons: Old and bathroom ceiling would not fix right Advice to landlord: Update the bathroom and fix ventilation”
