“Pros: The property is clean and well taken care of. Neighbors are respectful and street is quiet. Management is very responsive. Overall, it’s a nice place to live. Cons: Super could be better at picking up calls. It’s not a big deal though because management does respond fast and gets ahold of him Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you’re doing.
