“Pros: Convenient location to everything. Nice neighborhood. Owners easy to deal with Cons: Our neighbors were impossible to deal with. Very loud after 10pm. Advice to landlord: It’s a great place and the owners are easy to deal with. Maybe some sound proofing would help with noisy neighbors.”

“Pros: Great Heat in winter months Cons: Landlord doesn't like to do repairs with quality work / materials. Cameras in building doesn't work. Won't provide proper repairs and service for tenants that have been in the building for a long period. Advice to landlord: New super is needed”
