“Pros: Other than the fact that there's a roof overhead, there are no pros to living in this building. Cons: The owners don't care about the fact that there's black mold growing in one of the closets. They wont do anything about complaints of neighbors smoking in a building where its against the law to smoke within 50 feet of the building except leave a note. Advice to landlord: Listen to someone other than the head of household when it comes to repairs needing to be done and actually do something other than leave a note about smoking and noise complaints.”

“Pros: I liked when it was very well maintained when it was considered housing nycha Cons: Poor service when it comes to repairs the upgrade was just modernized but very cheap quality Advice to landlord: If you decide to buy this property it needs re- renovation again things are already breaking”
