“Pros: Location to the subway and the park Majority of the staff is fabulous, super is great! Neighbors are nice and respectful. Many apartments are updated and have a washer dryer in unit. Cons: There is NOT 24/7 desk coverage. The overnight person calls out a lot, they use a porter to cover desk shifts so they multi task. Often someone isn’t at the desk and the door is open to anyone. Can hear noisy neighbors through the wall. The building doesn’t regulate the 80% carpet rule in all apartments, some issue with noise. Advice to landlord: Pay for temps to work the desk so the building has 24/7 service. Update the lobby, watermark stains down the walls from previous flooding.”
