“Unit 5K Pros: Responsive and thorough super/porter team. Cons: Apartment foundations are falling apart. Chunks and tiles missing from the kitchen and living room floors, windows with broken hinges. Advice to landlord: Stay on top of regular laundry room service calls to clean the machines. The ones that were recently replaced had years of buildup and neglect, please don't make the same mistake with your recent investment,”
