“Unit 7G Pros: - Doormen available - Shared laundry - Quiet on the courtyard side - Amazing location Cons: - No apartment issues we resolved unless complaining to the city (for example, inadequate heat for months, resolved immediately after complaining to 311) - Pests, especially in the basement next to laundry machines - Rent grows 10% each year - Doormen aren't always available and no access to delivered packages”

“Unit 8B Pros: Building is always clean, looked after and safe Cons: Heating could be better especially in the winter it tends to run on the cooler side but other than that I love the building. Rent price increase is a bit abusive… Advice to landlord: Take in consideration the renters and don’t raise rent so high in one year increments”

“Pros: - extremely quiet - kind doorman - large apartments with lots of space - closet space! - beautiful fireplaces - tall ceilings - working elevator - reliable heat/hot water Cons: - cockroaches in basement laundry room - rats in the surrounding area in the summer (but that’s just the uws) - outdated appliances - it appears dirty even when cleaned (floors, walls, hallways, etc)”
