“Pros: Such a great experience living here. I am not one to write reviews, but I admire the owners for making such a hospitable environment . Property was continuously maintained and owner never hesitated to resolve any inquiries and concerns. If you’re a people watcher, this apartment has a great view of one of the main streets in the neighborhood. Sunlight was great as well as the floor plan. Great Water pressure, a new hot water tank was installed while living here. Everything from shopping to laundry is within steps of the home. Ideal location in Astoria. Cons: I would say the fact that from previous experiences,everything exceeded my standards of living since living here, high expectations are high for any future places I may reside. Advice to landlord: Not really advice but sometimes the heat was on a little too high in the winters, but it was fine.”
