“Unit 7 Pros: nice big windows, neighbors are mostly families pretty quiet. roof access, nice views. ok neighborhood. super was pretty responsive/helpful. Cons: roaches. i think an exterminator came once but yea, roaches. the heat is excruciating, when you used any of the faucets or shower the hot water was piping hot and the exhaust didn’t work too great so mold in the bathroom was frequent. shower water pressure sucked. lobby/staircases could be cleaner. Advice to landlord: exterminator, heat could be better managed.”
