“Pros: Near the subway and building attendants are friendly Cons: No ac, lots of construction and surrounding area is loud”

“Pros: Beautiful crown molding details! Large rooms Cons: Sort of decrepit, needs renovation. On the second floor there are fruit fly problems, and on the 12th I’ve had mice”
