“Unit 1 Pros: Title explains it. Owner very responsive, not much noise from other tenants. Ideal place to live in Astoria. Cons: The windows should be dual paned. Noise from the street and Brooklyn Queens Expressway can come in during the night. Advice to landlord: See cons.”
