“Pros: This is a great apartment building. There are no pests, great location, and quiet. Rent is on the cheaper side, so you get less space. But if you are looking for a 2 bed in EV, hard to beat this. Cons: None really - Pets are allowed so not a con but just to be aware of. The building is old, but is still well maintained.”
