“Pros: Responsive super, location is perfect, parking is fairly easy to find, pretty clean, and laundry in building. Cons: The units are small and there are no 2 bedrooms in the building, and it’s across from the school so morning traffic can be rough sometimes.”

“Pros: Love the building. It being across from a school is by surprisingly quiet. Management keeps the building clean. Rent-stabilized building. Cons: Only one bedroom apartments in this building The garbage for disposal area can get crazy but it doesn’t stay like that for too long Parking could be better”

“Pros: Decent price, responsive super Cons: Pest control is iffy, management takes awhile to get back to you, and the building isn’t really clean.”

“Pros: Various folks working the grounds are great Cons: Management never responded in a timely manner, so every correspondence was phone tag for days until something eventually happened. Advice to landlord: Don't be such a slumlord”

“Pros: - Great Value - Clean and good condition for an older building - Noise levels where insulated and pretty good neighbors - Garbage and Laundry System were good - Work orders were responsive (1 day or less for emergencies, 3-4 days for non emergencies) Cons: - Occasional large roach (maybe once or twice a year), exterminators were supposed to come once a month but maybe showed up 3x in two years. (Possibly due to pandemic) -Took a while to get security deposit back ( a week or two after move out) -Management Paperwork might take a while but phone calls were responsive Advice to landlord: - Keep up with the cleanings and pest control. I can see it getting out of hand if not taken care of.”

“Pros: Excellent super; exterminators come once a month; apartments renovated and updated. Cons: The walls are paper thin and the tenants tend to be younger. Noise travels easily between apartments. Not a place to live if you are looking for peace and quiet.”

“Pros: Exposed brick, cozy apartments, neighbors are lovely, in building laundry room, responsive super Cons: Occasional roaches, very dry heat in the winter, units are on the smaller side”

“Pros: Super is very kind, brick building so apartments are practically sound proof, easy system to pay rent directly online great location in Astoria Cons: No pets, pest control sucks, management can be slow to resolve issues - better off just texting the super directly”
