No issues besides one cockroach sighting and after the exterminator came, never saw any again. Nice neighbors and a overall well kept building. Would recommend to anyone. The shower nob does absolutely nothing. The radiators come on randomly and never at optimal times. All the radiators leak. There was a leak in our ceiling. It was fixed in a timely manner, but still inconvenient. The price. I know NY prices and you don’t exactly get a lot of bang for your buck at these apartments.”
