“Pros: Great staff team! From the live-in super, to the maintenance crew and management, everyone is extremely responsive and kind. Unbeatable location - Union Square is 5 mins away but can also go one avenue east and you get the much more neighborhood vibe of East Village. Cons: The outer-facing units can be a bit loud. It's not cheap.”
— 87 3 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: staff is super friendly and helpful; very responsive when issues come up Cons: definitely gives you the landlord special when you move in. also most of the units don’t have updated bathrooms/kitchens Advice to landlord: N/a”

— 752 BROADWAY · Manhattan“Pros: The new lobby is nice, doormen are nice, building has a working elevator and laundry on every other floor. Location is great if you want to be right in the mix of NYU Cons: Old apartments, outdated floors, small elevators that only fit 2-3 people, absurd sky high rents. The heat in this building is nearly thermonuclear, you will be sweating in your apartment in the winter. Same with the water when you take a shower. Building is actively removing asbestos, that’s how old it is. Advice to landlord: Look there’s no denying this is an old building, but just putting a nice lobby in doesn’t make this a luxury 5 star place. Rents are far too high for the old units. Either redo and update everything or reconsider the pricing.”
— 752 BROADWAY · Manhattan“Pros: it honestly has everything you need: laundry in the building, elevator, ac in every room, packages delivered inside your apartment is really a plus. and it's in the most convenient area. the space is really big for the price! Cons: this might just be a personal preference but the heater makes the apartment really hot in the winter, but not a big issue at all if you just open some windows! Advice to landlord: honestly nothing, i'm very happy with this place!”
— 87 3 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Responsive Super, Packages brought up to door, High Ceilings, Spacious Units Cons: Had some trouble with leaking pipes but super was responsive to fixing the issues”
