“Pros: neighborhood is so fun and the bedrooms in the back of the building mean its quiet. landlord is nice enough and just a few doors down Cons: the stairwells werent often cleaned and packages were stolen a lot. my doorknob was broken for months and it wasnt fixed. toilets often wouldnt flush correctly and they never did anything to fix it”
