Pros: neighborhood is so fun and the bedrooms in the back of the building mean its quiet. landlord is nice enough and just a few doors down Cons: the stairwells werent often cleaned and packages were stolen a lot. my doorknob was broken for months and it wasnt fixed. toilets often wouldnt flush correctly and they never did anything to fix it

Unit 5 Pros: amazing location, nice neighbors, management office next door, landlords flexible about lease Cons: maintenance not super responsive and common stairwell was not well maintained. requests to fix broken lock and toilet flush never followed through with.
