“Unit A2 Pros: The supervisor and management company are very responsive to issues. We had some standard wear and tear issues, and they were resolved pretty quickly. Cons: Creaky floors in the apartments. Also the walls are fairly thin.”

“Pros: The Neighborhood is fun Cons: Building is infested with roaches and mice Old, unkept building Crazy overpriced for what you get Dogs and children are loud/ yelling/ barking Advice to landlord: Renovate the building. It’s in poor condition. Lower your rent rates they’re laughable.”
