Best part about the apartment is that it is a GREAT location!!! Close to the 4/5/6 and Q, Target, Whole Foods Cons: super is overall nice and will quickly respond but then either not come when he say or cancels last minute. As long as you are persistent he will come. we also have had a cockroach problem. they come spray but we still have them.”
