“Pros: Great location Spacious Cons: Creepy and disruptive neighbors. Little maintenance done to apartments inside Disgusting old hallway carpet that has never had a proper wash”

“Pros: The rent is affordable (for NYC). The location is superb. Cons: The building is not well maintained. It's a battle getting the landlord/super to fix anything and when they do it's not done well. Every apartment has issues with water leaks. The walls are paper thin. If your next door neighbor snores, you will know. If they sneeze, you can say "god bless you." Luckily, 98% of the neighbors are lovely. We're all in this together, after all. Advice to landlord: Invest in your property, please.”

“Pros: - Location, location, location, location, location Cons: - Studio advertised as one bedroom - A lot of repairs needed in the apartment - Noisy and creepy neighbors - 3 heaters that whistles at all times of the day and night - Very old building and appliances in poor condition Advice to landlord: Better building management”
