It's a battle getting the landlord/super to fix anything and when they do it's not done well. Every apartment has issues with water leaks. The walls are paper thin. If your next door neighbor snores, you will know. If they sneeze, you can say "god bless you." Luckily, 98% of the neighbors are lovely. We're all in this together, after all. Advice to landlord: Invest in your property, please.”
