“Pros: Most of the building is fine Cons: The super, Boban, at some point walked into my unit and screamed at me waggling his finger in my face threateningly after i made a complaint when he wasn’t responsive. Advice to landlord: Boban has an anger problem”

“Pros: The building is well kept, quiet and with only a few apartments. It has a laundry room, it’s right by the subway and the park, it’s spacious, it has high ceilings. Cons: During the summer, very big cockroaches come into the living room and kitchen. Advice to landlord: The pest should be controlled.”
