“Pros: Ideal location, and almost no issues with pests of any kind (save for a few very small bugs). Cons: The super is not extremely responsive unless the situation is urgent (as when we had a large leak in the bathroom ceiling).”

“Pros: Great location, nice diverse community Cons: Infested with roaches and bedbugs Advice to landlord: Get rid of the roaches and bedbugs.”

“Pros: Beautiful lobby Perfect location Right next to the subway Cons: Roach infestation Nothing besides that! Advice to landlord: Needs a more professional and thorough exterminator”
