“Pros: Doorman and management is super nice, long term residents who are generally helpful, great location, amazing bars and restaurants in neighbourhood Cons: Unless something is an emergency things will get fixed slowly - not super bad but a couple of days easy.”

“Unit 5F Pros: This is the only apartment I’ve ever lived in where I haven’t seen a single roach or mouse in my unit. It’s quiet, spacious, clean, and equipped with good appliances. Management is also friendly and responsive. Cons: None. I’ve had a great experience.”

“Pros: Nice doormen. Great location. Cons: Landlords are homophobic and rude. No dishwashers. Lobby is filthy. Cockroaches everywhere. Advice to landlord: Be humane to your tenants.”
