“Pros: Super thick walls, amazing location, everything works well and we only had pest problems once. Cons: Landlord is very involved, would ask to come over to fix things we didn't need fixed, and would make a mess when doing so.”

“Pros: Beautiful spot steps away from the neighborhood's best cafes, bakeries, bookstores, and bars. Cons: We dealt with mice, roaches, and other pests throughout the two years I lived here. Advice to landlord: Be HONEST about the realities of the building with future tenants. It's a beautiful old building in a neighborhood that could use some cleaning up, but nevertheless our apartment was rife with pest issues. We often felt ignored and gaslit when these issues were brought up with management.”

“Pros: very clean and most rooms are spacious, lots of natural light, in-building laundry, good location (2 min from M line) Cons: right above a bakery and restaurant so we once had a mice and cockroach issue, but it was relatively minor in light of the fact that you could even smell the bakery food when they were baking. it is also incredibly noisy, especially with rooms closer to the streetsides.”
