“Pros: The building has an elevator. The Porter recycles. Cons: The people that recently moved into the building leave their trash and furniture in the lobby instead of taking it around the corner. They have this mentally ill lady living on the 4th floor destroying the elevator. People are smoking weed in the elevator and spitting in the elevator in the wall. Fights, living here is like living in nycha. People steal packages. Advice to landlord: Lemor Realty owns the building Metropolitan Property Manages the building. Sell the building to a management company that will do right by the tenants. HPD should shut the building down.”
