“Unit 4R Pros: cheap, big, and top floor. Cons: water pressure is dismal water temperature in shower changes from cold to boiling hot and back lost heat and hot water several times during the winter, once as long as four days roaches in the building, but the apartment is OK we are on top floor, roof leaked on and off all two years. they sent people, but it was never properly fixed, and it looks like shit Advice to landlord: new water boiler”

“Unit 2L Pros: location, price at the time Cons: Constant issues with no heat and no hot water because the landlord was saving a buck by not scheduling fuel deliveries when they knew damn well it runs out regularly. Mice, bugs, illegal weekend construction, you name it. Slumlords. Advice to landlord: Do better.”
