Pros: It's convenient, that's it. Cons: Management does not respond to anything but a 311 ticket through the city. They are actively letting the building ROT.

Pros: Súper was great and very responsive Cons: A man was murdered in the building and the smell was insane for months. My neighbor will make noise all day long. The building is super hot. The elevator barely work. When I moved the realtor told me the building was being fixed and the elevator was going to be changed, all lies

Pros: Great super that’s willing to fix and help you with anything wrong in the apartment. Neighbors are like family members and helpful. Cons: During the winter your better off living outside since that’s exactly what the inside of the apartment feels like. No heat when it’s needed, but I promise you that when the weather hits a 45-55 degrees the heat is on blast like you needed it. The cheapest supplies to fix what ever is wrong in the apartment. He rather spend less and fix with a cheaper item and have it get broken again and repeat 6 months later than invest in the good to last years. Advice to landlord: Never Again
