“Unit 1B Pros: - Responsive Super - Clean common areas - Virtual door key/package cage - Reasonable rent increases - Really wonderful management company Cons: A few of the neighbors had a loose relationship with general "quiet" hours, ie: blasting music in the middle of the night. However, management was incredibly responsive and we felt they were managing it the best they could. Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you are doing! We miss BEM :)”
