“Pros: Very quiet building. Street noise and noise from the school across the street not bad, unless you are a late sleeper. Respectful neighbors, but not much interaction. Cons: Wish the courtyard was spiffed up a bit. Really no complaints. Advice to landlord: Invest in more electrical outlets.”
