“Pros: Centrally located, buzzy street. Easy to meet up with friends or have a nice solo stroll alone. The super was really sweet and responsive and the landlord was also very communicative. Cons: A lot of night life nearby so the street noise could be a lot. It’s an old building so we would get some roaches. The landlord pays for monthly exterminating but on weekday mornings when most people aren’t home. Advice to landlord: Double paned windows! Otherwise, I loved living here.”
