Clean building Overall pretty quite Tons of heat in the winter Cons: The owners are scum. At one point I had bedbugs for over a year bc they refused to get rid of them. They will not get rid of roaches or mice or anything unless you sue them. When they bought the building they tried to evict everyone and even tried to break into residences homes to scare them out. They over price units when the whole building is rent stabilized. Advice to landlord: Deal with all the infestation and maintenance issues that are never fixed in the building and units!”
