“Pros: Super in the building was convenient. He was a very friendly and attentive fellow. Cons: My shower pressure and heat wasn’t great. Was pretty much solving a puzzle everytime I was in there. A couple things, like the shower, I had fixed. But a new problem usually occurred because of it. Never had any bug issues but I did have a mouse once. Advice to landlord: Fix things the right way the first time”
